Mouctar Diallo is the Vice President of Information Technology at Space Systems/ Loral (SS/L). In this role he is responsible for all aspects of IT including network, desktops, and enterprise-wide applications.

Mr. Diallo has more than 25 years of experience in information technology. He has deployed numerous ERP, MES, PLM, and BW/BI systems. Prior to joining SS/L, Mr. Diallo spent three years at NVIDIA leading the IT Enterprise Applications and Infrastructure organization. Before that, he was Chief Information Officer at FileMaker, a subsidiary of Apple. He has also consulted on information technology projects for a variety of companies including Apple, AMD, GSI Transcomm Data Systems, Claris, and Merisel.  

Mr. Diallo earned an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Poly Technique in Guinea and an MBA from St. Mary’s College.
