SSL built on-board flight equipment for the Rocketdyne Propulsion and Power Division of Boeing North American, Inc., for the International Space Station's on-board electrical power systems. The program included the design, development, and production of power-conditioning electronics equipment. SSL continues to provide Battery Orbital Replacement Units (ORUs), Battery Charge Discharge Units (BCDUs), and Sequential Shunt Units (SSUs) for the ISS.
